We need to calculate the mathematical certainty that someone will or would have died as a result of ingesting a fentanyl-laced pill, then impose the death penalty on anyone importing or possessing such a large quantity of those pills that the aforesaid certainty would be realized. That sentence should be expedited without appeal.
