Let's just recognize that liberalism does not believe
in the death penalty, guns or war. The same way

that discriminate against Christian and Constitutional beliefs and teachings.

Let each Sect have its own "sacred cows."

If the liberals want to worship freedom of choice in abortion as their sacred cow,

But how do we DEFINE our rights and which ones do we defend more than others?

In the case of gun rights, the left argues that the right "value" the rights of gun owners
MORE than the lives of victims lost to gun violence. In the case of abortion rights,
it is argued that the left values the rights of women to "substantive due process" (and not
to be punished disproportionately compared with men who are equally responsible
for the pregnancy if not more in the case of rape, coercion or other sexual abuse)
MORE than the right to life of unborn babies.

Both sides argue that the other doesn't care for rights or lives of others affected.
Both claim to be enforcing laws and rights, and arguing that preventing loss of
life (whether by gun violence or by abortion) can be prevented OTHER WAYS
besides banning and infringing on other rights that are equally part of the laws.

In other words 2aguy both sides argue to defend their beliefs by not allowing govt
OVERREACHING or overregulating to the point of violating other laws or rights.

The same way gun rights advocates argue to prevent gun violence WITHOUT banning guns,
abortion rights advocates argue to prevent abortion WITHOUT banning it. In both cases,
because the govt regulations would cause unfair consequences and complications
that violate rights of due process.

The right solution in both cases would be to find AGREEABLE ways to prevent either
abortion or gun violence without indirectly causing infringement of other rights by law.

That way, NOBODY's rights of due process get infringed, while focusing on solutions
that protect life. The ideal would be to uphold ALL areas of laws instead of compromising
or "disparaging" some rights for others. By the Ninth Amendment, NO rights should be violated or "disparaged" by putting other rights before them.
