Far be it for me to advise Trump of his problems....but, objectively....Trump should fire Giuliani or place a muzzle on him to NEVER speak at interviews.....

For example, Giuliani "excused" Trump's changing versions of various of his excuses (also known as lying) as statements made by Trump while NOT under oath......

Well, for a once prominent prosecutor, Giuliani is either senile or an idiot (or both)......Here's why Giuliani is dead wrong....

Did you know that it is a crime to tell a lie to the federal government? Even if your lie is oral and not under oath? Even if you have received no warnings of any kind? Even if you are not trying to cheat the government out of money? Even if the government is not actually misled by your falsehood? Well it is.

Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 makes it a crime to: 1) knowingly and willfully; 2) make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation; 3) in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative or judicial branch of the United States. Your lie does not even have to be made directly to an employee of the national government as long as it is "within the jurisdiction" of the ever expanding federal bureaucracy. Though the falsehood must be "material" this requirement is met if the statement has the "natural tendency to influence or [is] capable of influencing, the decision of the decision-making body to which it is addressed." United States v. Gaudin , 515 U.S. 506, 510 (1995). (In other words, it is not necessary to show that your particular lie ever really influenced anyone.) Although you must know that your statement is false at the time you make it in order to be guilty of this crime, you do not have to know that lying to the government is a crime or even that the matter you are lying about is "within the jurisdiction" of a government agency. United States v. Yermian , 468 U.S. 63, 69 (1984).

To the above thread, please let me add that Trump has DIRECTLY communicated with a federal entity in his written responses to Mueller......AND, regarding the Moscow Trump Tower project, there must be tons of timeline discrepancies based on what the FBI confiscated from Cohen's office and home )AND, screened by a retired judge to avoid lawyer=client privileges.)

I think everyone that surrounds Trump has put on their own little T.V. reality side show, Guiliani certainly one of them. First of all Guiliani is a prosecutor NOT a defense attorney and has probably done more damage to Trump than anyone could possibly imagine. Guiiani loves the limelight of media attention, is a frequent flyer on FOX NEWS, and he a walking--talking time bomb--just ready to release statements like this in order to keep the "show" going. He's basically confirming that Trump is a liar.

Yes.......as a former New Yorker, many of us would often say that the most dangerous place for anyone is to stand between Rudy and a RV camera....

I actually want to THANK my right wing friends on here for giving the above post a lot of "funny" symbols without offering any meaningful response......Rather than skipping the thread altogether, they offer their "disapproval" to obvious facts since it contradicts their cultist beliefs.

The "funnies" mean that I've upset them a bit.....lol.
