Anyone who has wondered why immigration is being promoted by European governments, one very important reason has revealed itself right here in the U.S. American workers are being pushed aside by a corporation which is brazenly importing immigrants to work for minimum wage.

I'm sure Jimmy Hoffa is turning over in his grave because this is a very serious development and it calls for very serious action. What you see happening to these American workers is ground-breaking activity which if not effectively resisted will spread like wildfire.

Is your job susceptible to it? Keep in mind that all migrant workers are not illiterate, linguistically limited and capable only of manual labor. Many of the Middle-Eastern "refugees" flooding into Europe are skilled workers who speak perfect English. They will work for minimum wage and they will dare you to get in their way.

Something very bad is going on and we Americans need to prepare to deal with it when it's our turn. Luckily we have an anti-migration President today, but tomorrow is another day.

And so, instead of unworkable wedge solutions, why not create a permanent solution to the problem? How about us adopting a solution that all sides could realistically live with IF we're presuming jobs are the issue?

Such as? What do you have in mind?

We have to come to the conclusion that foreigners are a symptom and we've got to get rid of the root of the problem. Without being too in-depth, our problems, with respect to jobs revolves around four primary issues:

1) If Americans don't want to work, they can always go to the government and utter a few magic words. Those words should be that you are anxious, depressed, thinking about hurting yourself or others and / or thoughts about suicide or killing others.

The FIRST course of treatment will be to put that individual on SSRIs and give them a government check. So, feel good drugs and a few hundred in spending money. Who the hell wants a job?

Too many mommies are aiding their offspring and making them dependent and they are adding to this category of worthless, non - working Americans

2) America has the largest number of people in prison than any country on this planet. Too many insignificant acts can land one in prison and then, with a criminal record, that individual is locked out of the job market.

I would propose to have people convicted of crimes be put into a rehabilitation program while in prison so they could return as productive citizens. This we do not do

3) We tax employers and attempt to have the government run the companies. Here's a news flash: Americans don't own the jobs that are created in the private sector. So, rightly, the employer should be able to hire whomever they want to hire. OTOH, the government can incentivize employers to hire Americans with substantial tax savings for employers who:

A) Hires an all American staff
B) Takes people off welfare, the unemployment line and provides jobs to the handicapped
C) Has a beginning wage of 15 percent over minimum wage
D) Brings jobs back to America.

4) More needs to be done at the state level to make sure that government employees take people off welfare and unemployment by making their tenure, raises and promotions dependent upon how many people they place into the workforce.

Again, this bare bones and I'd caution criticism until you ask for specifics.
