Here's a tale about urbanization paranoia inspired by the nifty film Sin City.

This is what I'd like to ask President Trump: "What happened to Frank Capra?"

Edmer travelled to Earth and disguised himself as a Gotham City police detective named Tim Gordon and started following the urban war between druglord Joker (and his terrorist-girlfriend Harley Quinn) and the media-personality comprised Red Hood Gang (which included celebrities like Tom Cruise and Mexican liberals). The Red Hood Gang sought to intercede on a Joker initiative to establish an opium-ring in Amsterdam with carefully-placed 'agent' enacted tourism missions.

Edmer discovered that Joker and Harley Quinn thought civics was a dynamic experiment, while Red Hood thought civics was a matter of strength and vigilance (or vigilantism!). Red Hood carried out a well-orchestrated tourism-traffic heist of the Crown Jewels and mocked to Joker, "We'll give you the jewels if you give us one pretty date with Harley!" The great war really came to a climax when Red Hood member and American celebrity Tom Cruise decided to infiltrate an elaborate Russian mafia circle in Moscow co-operated by the Joker from NYC.

Edmer was very impressed with the 'urban bravado' of Joker and Red Hood and especially Tom Cruise's seeming passionate vigilance towards control of media and social pulpits such as Gotham itself. Edmer wondered what kind of mischievous hypnosis the anarchist Harley Quinn would plan once she escaped from Arkham Asylum (which she surely would) and started thinking that there may be some love-triangle 'vanity-mirror' between the Joker cult and the Cruise cult. Edmer concluded that pedestrian traffic in modern urban environments reveals an eerie 'paranormal poetry.' Edmer was right: Gotham was haunted by the pirate-spirit Sticky-Bones (a freak who insisted that friendship was a delusion under 'TrumpUSA').
