clearly the ACA mandates were partisan against free market health care.
And now the discrimination laws treat the beliefs about gender/orientation
more protected by law than other beliefs about it, such as healing unnatural cases of homosexuality or
transgender identity instead of tolerating or promoting them actively as natural.

Why not hold govt and officials to account?
Either enforce equal protections from discrimination,
or the taxpayers have the right to pay taxes elsewhere.
