I picked up this unfired 2007 AMF.org commemorative Ruger 10-22 today. It is the Virginia edition. I guess it was a fund raising item. I gave $250.00 for it.

It's just a standard 10-22 in a laser engraved birch stock honoring the families/members of the four services.

Of more interest to me was it's a 2007 model, it was the last full year that Ruger used a cast metal trigger group/barrel band before going to plastic for both.

The .org seems to have a 97% rating:

That is just too cool, especially at the price, something for the living room wall!

Too fancy to knock around the woods with. Very nice, though!
