I just wondered how a certain member knows my age that's all. Are our ages posted here? No biggie, just wondering.

Why lie about it? It is what it is. Not like its my SS#.

I don't know, I never put my real date of birth in forums anyhow. But suffice to say, I'm 50 to 59. Probably in settings/preferences you can opt out what part of your age/DOB to show or not to show.

I don't think displaying exact age is dangerous, but not sure why folks need to know. So giving a good decade wiggle room seems accurate enough.

Scammers will gather bits and pieces from various sources. Google does it. It ain't that hard. I never give consistent information

It’s close enough…it is often used as part of your identifying information in lieu of your SS.
