China's "secret weapon" for 3rd world countries is barter trade. - which encompasses around 60% of all trading and business with Africa.
It is the only effective method to cut down the excessive corruption of Africa's elitist's, that is also progressing in the meanwhile arising middle class of African countries. Whilst at the same time still getting infrastructural progress done, as well as progress in fields such as education and health care.

Onto several Negro countries - China has placed "demands", and a tighter control onto the ways it's direct financial assistance is being handled and directed since 2019 - and now are being described by exactly those Negro countries, as being imperialistic and exploiting their countries.
It's a pure political show, of self-interest being put up by those "Negro-elitists" hoping to get additional $ from the US and the West by showing/propagating discontent towards China. Naturally playing out onto the backs of their own population.

The other main form of investment is direct investment by private Chinese companies - making use of the in South-East-Asia known as Bumi- System. A local elitists (plus his family etc.) is appointed GM and hold "income" functions in a JV. The actual running and managing of the company is done by the Chinese staff, in order to guarantee the functioning of a company and thus logically making a profit.

Naturally those Negro-Elitists, that are not holding, or having less Bumi-Income in total, - are attacking/discrediting the Bumi System, as being an imperialistic exploitation scheme.

As such any new tribe discovered in Africa, who's people shared the same physical and socio-cultural attributes - was termed a NEGRO by the Spanish and Portuguese.

The ones who introduced "Blacks" were the on following colonial powers such as England, Holland and Germany aka Schwarze, by the latter two.

Negro isn't a racist term, but an ethnological term. Black is racist - since it describes/denotes a people simply down to a skin color.

The way people of different races and ethnicities are treating each other, e.g. subjecting another ethnicity simply due to it's skin color towards e.g. RACIAL SEGREGATION is termed RACISM.
Since there is no RACIAL SEGREGATION in the USA anymore since the 60'ies - Political or Racism by law doesn't exist in the USA.
However a Negro calling an European-American or e.g. an Irish-American simply a "White" - that is plain RACISM.

Negro in Spanish stands for Black, dark and dust - Spanish was we know derives to a larger extend from Latin - IMO it is a linguistic coincidence that the Tuareg word for the river Niger, egereou n-igereouen coincides with the Latin word niger (Black).

The Spanish and Portuguese used the term El Negrillo, for any African tribes people they discovered from then on.

It is a fact that in Portuguese and Spanish literature at the time, the English Moor (Arabs) was El Moro and that of negroid Arabs was El Mahomedano - no one used the term Negro or El Negrillo before the Niger river issue was recognized/discovered by the Spanish/Portuguese.

It makes me so happy to read about the recent coups in West Africa. First, Burkina Faso and Mali. Now Niger and Gabon. Hopefully, all the African nations that are still colonized will gain their independence.
If Africa ever becomes completely free and unites together as ONE Africa, they will be a world power. They have enormous natural resources and minerals in their continent. They just need to get rid of the parasites who are stealing from them. I hope I live long enough to see this happen.
