It didn't sound like any sort of Latin.
Only thing I could make out was "Big Chocolate", so most of it was slang.
I also took Arabic in the military and some of it sounded like Arabic, but it was difficult to make it out with all of the thieving of plastic covered candy bars sounds going on.
