I know, right? that rocking beam engine at the very end, powering the harbour ferry was a real surprise, cause I've never seen one of those on a boat

I was surprised how much it looked like the NYC of my youth, just not as shabby. I was also surprised by the car with the steering wheel on the right.

the steering wheel on the right is not such a surprise...I belief that must have been a Rolls Royce even though it's hard to tell...a British noble car anyways...people forget, that Britain had the industrial edge into the early 20th century.Americans cought up very quickly of course.
