I'm totally lost at this point, JG---

Is a transgender women a woman which surgically changed herself to look like a man? Or a man who has surgically altered himself to pretend he's a woman? Or is that a woman with more than one gender? Or maybe a woman whose gender is fluid, keeps shifting around and no one knows WHAT it is? ​
