Since the passage of "The Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937" (and the attempted "packing" of the Supreme Court by FDR) the rules of interpreting the Constitution have been rigged to support a progressive ideology. The Constitution has become "a living document." The Constitution means either whatever the Congress wants it to mean or whatever five out of the nine justices sitting on the Court at the present time say that it means.

The Supreme Court can only decide if laws are constitutional....they cannot make laws from the bench like Obama and his new puppet Justice Sotamayor thinks. So the constitutionality won't be a consideration for leftist judges on the court because they don't exactly believe in following it.
So if anyone challenges the new bill it will be along party lines....which pretty much solves nothing.

I questioned the validity of the Iraq war and I was 100% right. That's what thinking, as opposed to engaging in hysteria, gets you.

You're free, it's simply the fact that you're not medicated which causes you to feel the way you do. Your condition is treatable: turn off the radio, Limbaugh and Hannity, et al, feed your paranoia and this will help. Then, go to your Dr., s/he is still you Dr. (no matter what the party of "NO" says - remember, the Republican Party represents the insurance (energy, drug, etc. industry, not you) and will be able to provide you with an appropriate medication.
