It doesn't work that way, what Radioman said is more accurate, it's our right to choose that is being taken away, slowly. You cannot force someone's rights.
While it was poor wording, the message is still good though, our rights are being toyed with.
Really? Seems to me that my rights are violated when I pay my health insurance and it goes to treat someone who shows up at an emergency room with neither insurance or money. Insured or not, everyone gets treated.
Yes, we have already established that you have no regard for the Constitution.
