For Syrian refugees at the Za’atari camp in Jordan, the beginning of Ramadan this year brought one happy surprise: electricity. While families say they are grateful for some lights at night as they break their fast, after more than four years of war and seven months without electricity, the small amount of power available is not nearly enough.
