Bush don't give a crap about the military dying in Iraq! What president during wartime do you know went to a baseball game to enjoy himself and men were dying in a war:
Abe Lincoln, did not play baseball during the Civil War.
Truman, did not play baseball during WWI&II.
JFK, did not play baseball at the beginning of Vietnam War.
Johnson, did not play baseball at the beginning of Vietnam War.
Nixon, did not play baseball during Vietnam War.
America had presidents that served their country fighting in war. Bush was a chickens--t. Bush made it clear that he would not die for his country but Bush send other American's children to die in his quest far oil!
Source U.S. History!
OK champ,
First, you dodged the Bible question.
Second, there was no MLB during the Civil War - not that you would be smart enough to know that.
Third, Truman was not president during WWI - and only briefly during WWII. He did, however throw out
the first pitch at a few games after the war.
Fourth, Vietnam was not a U.S. war during JFK's tenure.
Fifth, LBJ did indeed throw three first pitches during the Vietnam War, as did Nixon.
Sixth, Bush was part of the National Guard during Vietnam, flying fighter jets - a greater military career than any Democrat President in recent history.
So why don't you go check your "source" again?
