Well, not true really, 63 million people, from 325 million said they wanted Trump. That's only about 20% of the population.

Kind of interesting that in his last year Kennedy was a fantastic jurist, for the most part, coming to the 'correct' decision on several key decisions. I do believe that Kennedy held off from retirement for the Obama years due to his fear of a 'living constitutionalist' legislating from the bench. In his twilight on the bench I did see a change in Kennedy & am thankful that he entrusted Trump to replace him. (who want's to wait 8 years to retire, lol) Now was there a deal worked out behind the scenes, where Kennedy gave Trump an ultimatum... I would certainly bet on it!!!
