I've always been a proponent of arming children of all ages. If you disagree, you're weak on crime.

Guess what? That school shooting in New Mexico where two students were murdered by a non student was partly a result of FBI negligence. The FBI had investigated the future perpetrator for making threatening comments on some sort of internet forum and dropped the case just before he opened fire on students. A couple of years ago the FBI had a case opened on a maniac in Florida and dropped it just before he opened fire in a crowded nightclub. You have to wonder what the hell is going on in other federal agencies when the ATF shipped over 3,000 illegal weapons to Mexican drug cartels and nobody was prosecuted when it was alleged that hundreds of Mexicans were murdered and at least one U.S. ICE agent was killed by the weapons. Were federal or state and local agencies on Paddock before he opened fire on a (republican) outdoor concert? Vegas cops and the media are strangely silent. Drain the freaking swamp before you create redundant useless laws.

If Trump accomplishes only one thing, I hope the repealing of the stupid "gun-free school law." Some states won't even allow off-duty law enforcement officers carry their weapons on a public school property. This is not only a bad law, it's a dangerous one. In order for a concealed-carry holder to enter the property, they have to stop within 1,000 feet of the school zone, unload their weapon, and place it in a trunk. Most accidental discharges occur while loading, unloading, holstering, or un-holstering a weapon.
