I had a 75 Cadillac Coup De Ville. It was one of the first cars that had a catalytic converter. So i had an orange glow indicator that if it didnt come on i was getting optimum milage of 10 mpg. If it was glowing bright orange, which it did a couple of times, i got 2 gallons to the mile. It floated like a big boat, but i swore never to own a GM or Chrysler product ever again, when the brown turb Obammy bought them out with my tax dollars.....

When gasoline first hit one dollar a gallon and i was making minimum wage, 25 dollars to fill up just to go work at Home Depot and back home, got quite expensive. This was in late 1980s.
