The charade of the $2.0 tril. of federal spending cuts has been game-played now for two or three weeks.

1) There is no explanation of why such cuts are needed, in advanced civilization with a $52.0 tril. credit market.
2) There is no explanation of what is intended to replace the spending.
3) Mostly, even Emancipation mainly just took property and assets away!

Taking everything away, did not create a new Industrial Revolution in the South. $2.0 tril. would easily have been a far better idea. The tax base created would easily have repaid the $2.0 tril. in enough time.

Mostly, even in the private sector, credit is used to create spending, and usually way beyond the immediate needs of repayment a week from Tuesday. If all the companies, households, and agencies--all stop spending: Then everyone dies like dogs in vomit.

Taking two trillion away is every bit similar to taking all the slave-holder assets away, on which much of ancient credit was based. The contention that no replacement of the value was necessary is not supported in any economics, anywhere,

Wherever you are now, if all the spending is taken away--for all the years right there in your area: Then Jackie Gleason may have tried to get into heaven, but most surely he have to put you on welfare. That too, is a form of spending.

You are not to be construed as being enslaved: Just because you live on planet with denominated currencies. Currencies have numbers. You work with the numbers. When you work with number, using the intentional acts of arithmetic: To those outcomes you are chained. Even the arithmetic that creates liberation, is still being chained to arithmetic. Normally that is called, "reason," or a "reasoned outcome."

Well you're definitely right about one thing...f we cut trillions in spending that means that trillions less will be circulating in the economy.

Now the theory is that those trillions will somehow magically go to the people, but I'm not sure how that is supposed to work.


In the first place those trillions will be money not coming into this economy from loans many of which are coming from outside this national economy.

In the second place we have to assume that the loans that won't be made to the US government (from national sources) will be invested in the US economy


How will they get into the hands of the people?

The only way I can see that happening is if American industry elected to start hiring.

Will they?

Well, I'm not sure.

I'm informed that US corporations are already sitting on $14 Trillion that they haven't been investing.

What will motivate them to invest in new hires?

The answer is obvious. For every "spending cut", there is a billionaire getting a "tax break" or a "subsidy". See how that works?

Then people now at work and doing business at banks would not be, and people now at work making cars and selling cars would not be.

Liberal reasoning happened instead, and the bail-outs turned out to have not been a disaster. The giant federal deficits were instead the to the planet as the right thing to have done--at least in those cases. Sending bail-outs to the teachers and the bureaucrats who caused it all in the first place--was likely not a good idea.

Putting people in the Public Works construction projects would have been a better idea. The state and locatl revenues are even now starting to come back. That should have been allowed to happen from giant kinds of spending on public works.

That didn't happen, and so not all states are back at full throttle.

That is the fault of the Ivy League educated, education-supportive, kinds of families actually caused it all.

The alternative arithemtic of mascale, for example: Is not allowed to be presented or discussed in those places. It is on their permanent record!
