That goes for anybody, anywhere, at any time.

Many of the shooters we've seen over the past few decades always had neighbors, friends, and relatives claim "But they are such a NICE person, ready to help anybody...donates time, is a church goer, etc, etc, etc........"

In my opinion from observing people over the decades so far, this stems from parents being too fucking lazy and/or stupid to teach their kids how to speak, how to think, how to converse, how to debate, and how to interact with other humans on a daily basis.

Most of these people have no clue how to talk to another human being nowadays, much less how to express anger, resentment, and/or any problems they might need to get help on. So it comes out as anger, violence, and murder.

This story won't get much national attention, especially with BLM, as it was a black on black offense, it happened in the hood, some black lives don't matter to them, and as for the shooter, it was his puppy, his shotgun and his little brother that he shot in the back of the head.
