'1776" Is Code For Treason Now To Democrats

The Declaration of Independence was an act of treason against the British throne that could have gotten every man that signed it hanged. They knew they were rebelling against their government and were prepared to accept the consequenses for failure. Were this country like the British colonies in 1776 everyone storming the capital would be dead now.
How many unarmed women would be with them?

Wow, you must be scraping the bottom of the outrage barrel for if this is the best you can come up with. :auiqs.jpg:
MTG and Boobert actually did say that. And their intent was an armed revolt to overturn the results of a free and fair election
that was certified by all 50 states...and yes. That is treason.

Thanks for playing!
I thought it was insurrection.

1776 is a code it’s code for the year after 1775. It’s also code for the year before 1777. It’s also code for the year the American experiment began by our self declared divorce from the British Empire. It’s a code for the right of the People to decide their own fate and to create a government that best serves them. It is a glorious year in the history of human freedom.

It's just another empire for the aristocrats , cloaked in the guise of freedom for the great unwashed BA

Does that include the people the Capitol Police let in on purpose?

The caption refers to Benjamin Franklin's comment at the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence: "We must all hang together, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."

When you participate in a failed revolution, the cost of losing.

Think about this a second.

Those folks, for the most part, support the Second Amendment -- as it was intended, to insure everyone has the right to fight against government tyranny.

If they were trying to overthrow the government, why did they leave all their weapons at home?

I'm not sure what conclusion we were supposed to draw from her remarks. To me, her saying "it's our 1776" moment" implies that she wants a revolution, or something akin to it. A Lexington and Concord moment.

I believe that MTG is perhaps the WORST thing PR wise, to have ever happened to the republican party. She doesn't know when to keep her fucking mouth shut. There are things you can keep to yourself, but NOT say on live TV!
Well....what it means is this woman had been in congress for two days and already they're accusing her of impeachable offenses.
