Well, they reversed two prior decisions and scolded her ignorance of the law in the process. But if she is going to be removed from the case, as she should be, it's going to require that Smith make a motion to do so.

But Judge Cannon, who has been on the bench for only four years, has done herself no favors by allowing a logjam of unresolved issues to build up on her docket.
