Operation Mass Appeal began in 1998. The invasion of Iraq was stupid. Iraq was crippled by 2 decades of war and sanctions.. look at how many of the PNAC signatories were dual citizens.

So in July 2001, it was common knowledge a gun named Osama bin Laden, and not anybody else, was going to attack the WTC
