Another we told you so. You can't force diversity etc, etc. Hire on talent and leave "inclusion" out of it. Nobody should be afraid to speak about beliefs without being jeopardized with loss of employment

Elite university eliminates DEI hiring requirement: 'They don't work'

Whites have not been hired based on talent. DEI has worked.

Especially for white women.

So once again:

WHITE IS A RACE AND WHITES ARE HIRED BECAUSE OF RACE MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE.

If she didn't get hired, she'll whine that the black person working at MIT was given a job instead of her due to race instead of the fact that they are at MIT because they are capable.

Yup, so in a way this is great news. Now, these idiots can't blame blacks for their ineptitude.

Emergency .
Patient manic and thrashing around .
Bring restrainers just in case .

I'm simply surprised that Fox News editors allowed "elite" and "University" to be used in the same sentence.

Good. Dei is a cancer on america.

We need the old saying back "may the best man win".

If you let the best and brightest flourish then our society becomes better off for it.

Cash Cows for Corporate Cowboys

Pay them for their grades. This concern about DEI is a trick to prevent us from realizing how unrewarded talent is. The propaganda attacks it mercilessly so that its agents on "the other" side can replace a negative with a zero. An analogy is hitting yourself with a hammer continually, because it feels so good when it stops. Even with free tuition, college is still a psychologically crushing and talent-destroying work without pay.

The MIT student who narrated the movie 21 made the pathetic statement that his analysis that made him money playing Blackjack was the first time in his life he had been rewarded for being smart. Grades don't fulfill the soul.

The plutocratic parasites want HIgh IQs to study for "the love of science," which reminds me of the time when extremely underpaid non-unionized pro athletes were expected to play "for the love of the game."
