Ask for forgiveness and do better. If only everyone actually followed this holiday and kept their word, the world would be a much better place, especially in Ontario...

It's weird, as much as I am in a difficult spot, today feels so serene and optimistic.

A new year perhaps! I'm not even Jewish but we should all try and get there if is to be.

I forgot to eat a heavy carb meal last night so this year is going to be a challenge. Not as bad as two years ago though, that was rough, but I had my dog to keep my honest then.
