He must be getting tired of winning. This one was actually a no-brainer, IMHO. Criminals already had deportation orders, their home countries refused to take them. Sudan agreed to take them. Goodbye to bad rubbish.

Because the Sudanese prison system is characterized by overcrowding, inadequate healthcare, and harsh conditions, with routine reports of abuse, including beatings and denial of basic necessities.

Punishment should mean "punishment."
