Is this worth 2 years in school ???

I have only had 3 jobs in my life time
. One was working at JCC and 2 were UPS store owner

Is X ray tech a good career

I am now in my late 40s !!!😫😫

My ex wife is a chief nursing officer at her hospital...
And our Daughter is a lab tech at the same hospital... she loves her job... she is certified for X ray and ultra sound.... took her 4 years all together...
With these qualifications you can pick where you want to live and work.... high demand occupation.....

You have spine problems don't you? I did radiography for 3 years then 12 years of MRI. It's physically demanding due to lifting and moving patients regularly and often without the proper lifting help. I blew out my back and neck before I retired.

Rontgen would slap your face and dismiss you as a hopeless loser.

It used to be a diversion at drug stores.

YES..............
If for no other reason, you can read an X-ray...........When your doctor can't.

Don’t you have to deal with people to be an X Ray tech?

Sure and the hospital will probably train or send you to school to learn other tech positions if you want...
Cross training is a big thing now at medical centers....
