I think they should play a men's professional basketball team and decide based on the severity of the loss exactly how much of a percentage increase they deserve.

If they lose by 150 to 30 I say no raise
If they lose by 150 to 50 I say 10%
If they are able to score 75 points and keep the men's team under 150... I say give them a 40% raise.

If they lose by 150 to 20 which is about what I expect... No cigar.

NBA players could score at will against the chicks. Probably 300 points. The score, if the NBAers were really trying would be 300-0 or possibly 300 to 3. but more likely the former. The chicks couldn't get a shot off. 300 might sound outlandish, but NBA teams have combined for 320 points before in a regulation game. 162 to 158. And that's against NBA competition.
