I think they should play a men's professional basketball team and decide based on the severity of the loss exactly how much of a percentage increase they deserve.
If they lose by 150 to 30 I say no raise
If they lose by 150 to 50 I say 10%
If they are able to score 75 points and keep the men's team under 150... I say give them a 40% raise.
If they lose by 150 to 20 which is about what I expect... No cigar.
