DOGE scores big court win, allowed access data on 3 federal agencies

A federal judge in Washington on Friday handed Elon Musk's government efficiency team a win by declining a request to temporarily block it from accessing sensitive data from at least three federal agencies.

Unions and nonprofits attempted to stop Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing records at the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Musk hailed the decision by reposting the news on X with the caption: "LFG," an abbreviation for "Let’s f---ing go."

Someone else covered this too and I will reiterate: all that happened is that one judge has DECLINED to block DOGE, which is good, but that still won't stop democrats from simply shopping for another judge that WILL.

This needs escalated to a higher court, maybe the SCOTUS, to summarily rule all of this stuff is just bullshit obfuscation and to KNOCK IT OFF.

Unfortunately, SCOTUS won't likely take the case and we will be stuck with an appeals court to decide.

Yes it does! And it will...but until then Elon is currently sucking up the data from those agencies with a vacuum cleaner & will analyze them in his own good time. Like in the next 15 minutes :D

Interesting. From your article:
However, Bates called his finding a "close question," noting that the government did not want DOGE to be considered an agency for purposes of another federal law, which would subject it to open records requests.

Bates, who was appointed by President George W. Bush, said DOGE was a "Goldilocks entity: not an agency when it is burdensome but an agency when it is convenient."

So, looks like there will be no actual records of what they do, other than press releases. Open government is great, isn't it?:auiqs.jpg:

That's correct...because DOGE is only sold as a "cost savings entity"...it's real purpose is for gathering criminal evidence from financial records to prove treason in the nuremberg 2.0 tribunals.

Once those tribunals are over the the appropriate people hanged...THEN the records can be made public!

I look forward to the referrals and trial charges. Until then, it is just a publicity stunt.

Yep, because Trump so much needs the publicity for his forth run for office and Musk so much needs the publicity to earn his second 200 billion dollars.

I understand Musk intends to buy Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal. :smoke:

Their work so far is great.

Was the attempt to blow Trumps head off a "publicity stunt"?

Do you thunk he's forgotten about it?

Doge did that? I had no idea! I knew it was a nut ball republican kid, but had no idea he was connected with the people that would become Doge. Have you reported this to the Secret Service. If you have proof and not just talking out your ass again, it is your duty to report it to the proper authorities.

It's time for you to put the bottle down!
I was certain you weren't the type to try to change the thread topic, so I assumed you were telling something related. So what does your post have to do with:
