Disney was considering buying Fox News, but decided they want to market towards a more mature audience.

As of last night NBR was still claiming the offer was still active. As to a more mature audience, Gen Z is going right much faster that Gen X, much less millennials (Y) and Disney wants all of the franchises that Fox can bring with it.

I suspect that Iger does not realize that he more or less defines the term LWNJ as witness his destruction of ESPN.
