Wild fires and White Flight in LA

White libs in LA left tremendous neighborhoods like Watts and South Central, because of their hatred of black people.

And now they are getting their comeuppance with the current wild fire situation there- which BTW hasn't touched Watts at all.

Is this the perfect opportunity to re-densify Los Angeles and rebuild the homes lost in Pacific Palisades in the middle of South Central? This seems like a good opportunity to remedy the past injustice of White Flight by having the rich libs move into tenements in the middle of the Ghetto.

How do you propose to force the rich to move into tenements?

True that the wildfires didn't burn Watts or Compton but there's not much brush there to burn. On the other hand, the burned out hulks of buildings from the 1965 Watts riot are still there and have never been rebuilt.
