The San Francisco Chronicle has broken a story about how the California Air Resources Board overestimated the pollution created by diesel truck engines to push through tough new legislation that will cripple the trucking industry in California. And not by a small amount, oh no not these folks....they overestimated by 340%!!!!! And for those who don't know the Chron is very liberal.
