Why New Jersey doesn't let you pump your own gas
Why should it cost consumers more? Don't the oil companies make enough money? That is why raising the minimum wage might not work and hasn't in the past, because its all passed on to the consumer, even instead of part being taken from the corp and consumer, but no its all passed to the consumer. The corps need to pay CEOs and keep their investors happy.

In both states, advocates say gasoline could be several cents cheaper if stations weren’t required to pay staff to pump gas. But thousands of jobs are also at stake if the practice ends.
