The challenge Democrats have been facing in the last generation is how to make downward mobility for 80% of the population and greater aggregate inequality seem like the fulfillment of a great national purpose.

 
Elected dems don't want to fix anything they complain about... if they fixed it they wouldn't have the issue to campaign on.....
