"The American Constitution is grounded in personal freedom in which the population controls the government and the government comes "from, by and of the people".
The author of those words has accused me of sedition, which is a very serious accusation. The same author I've honored in avoiding his Topics. This is not his Topic.
Those words quoted above are demonstrably false. The moment the criminals took over those criminals perpetrated an ACT that was a carbon copy of the criminal ACTS perpetrated by the criminal British who had just rioted in the blood of the people in America, so as to collect an extortion fee, constituting the compete enslavement of all people in America.
The criminal ACT perpetrated by the deceivers who fraudulently ratified their criminal Constitution of 1787 was infamously called The Judiciary Act of 1789. Said crime was perpetrated BEFORE said criminals - with reluctance noted - passed the Bill of Rights which could have challenged said criminal Judiciary Act of 1789, and still can challenge said usurpation, were there any spirit of liberty to do so in America left.
One of the next criminal ACTS was the Naturalization Act; which is enforced so as to identify each potential slave worthy of the effort to extort said slave. Next up was the two head beast of a National Direct Tax combined with a Central Banking fraud, whereby the mirror copy of a Stamp ACT, now in the form of a Whiskey Tax, payable in Gold, only in Gold, drives (by Gresham's Law) all Gold out of the former independent states formerly formed into a voluntary federation of mutual defense. The foreign enemies of Liberty thus gaining leveraged Gold supplies are then leveraging - through bribes, and other purchases - power required to enforce the use of ONE MONOPOLY FRAUD MONEY, issued, like magic, from ONE PRIVATE CENTRAL BANK.
In order to ensure that the plan follows through to fruition the bribed officers of the former voluntary federation are then given absolute power to conscript any sized army they see fit to conduct any aggressive war for profit they are told to perpetrate; and so, on that note, Generalismo Washington invades the former free and independent nation of Pennsylvania, formerly federated into a voluntary mutual defense association, where common law trial by jury was the law of the land (still is) and that army of aggressors did precisely what the British criminals could not, which was to enforce the extortion payment so as to then empower the private Central Bank with the ability to print "legal tender" at will, as that "National Debt" scheme is designed to work precisely that way in various forms since Jesus was so upset about the Money Changers long ago.

His primary aim was to crush the individualistic and democratic spirit of the American forces. For one thing, the officers of the militia were elected by their own men, and the discipline of repeated elections kept the officers from forming an aristocratic ruling caste typical of European armies of the period. In addition to imposing a web of hierarchy on the Continental Army, Washington crushed liberty within by replacing individual responsibility by iron despotism and coercion. Severe and brutal punishments were imposed upon those soldiers whose sense of altruism failed to override their instinct for self-preservation. Furloughs were curtailed and girlfriends of soldiers were expelled from camp; above all, lengthy floggings were introduced for all practices that Washington considered esthetically or morally offensive. He even had the temerity to urge Congress to raise the maximum number of strikes of the lash from 39 to the enormous number of 500; fortunately, Congress refused.

Washington’s agreement to work for Congress amounted to a false oath, because everyone not intimate with members of the First Congress and George Washington believed that the oath would bind George Washington "to support this Constitution." Precisely what was warned about by those against the usurpation perpetrated by the criminal Federalist Party members happened and happened so quickly as to inspired the formation of the Democratic-Republican Party in direct opposition to the criminal usurpation, which was very well explained in the official words of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison when they wrote the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions.
No sooner had the criminal British retreated then they returned with a covert war to enforce precisely what they could not enforce overtly.
