America might be the greatest nation on the planet but we aren't necessarily virtuous. We've done some bad shit. And we will continue to as an empire. It just depends on who's President. The "Deep State" is real but it is a lot of different rich men who try to pay the politicians to do what they want. Some presidents are nicer to Elon than others. Some are nicer to the sugar industry than others. Some will take us to war in Iraq or Venezuela for oil.

7000 US Soldiers died in Afghanistan and Iraq. This is GW Bush's fault. Let's say it's not his fault 9-11 happened. Okay, so have the US Military take them out. Why didn't he accomplish this easily and with minimum US casualties? Would Trump have had so many US Soldiers killed? What would Trump have done differently? Exactly. He wouldn't have lied us into Iraq while we were already fighting a war. Although Trump does seem to bite off more than he can chew. Perhaps he would make the same mistake.
My point is, because Bush lied us into Iraq, probably for oil, he spread us thin. If our military focused just on Afghanistan, 2400 US soldiers wouldn't have died there. Am I right?
And I believe the middle east is worst today because of what Bush did. All the terrorists that Biden and Obama bombed in countries like Syria, are angry at us for what we did in Iraq. How many people did Bush cause to die? The number must be HUGE!!!!!! He was a Christian, Capitalist and believes in Democracy.
