Who Hired This Police Officer?

I don't agree with that. Not all female officers are like this one.
In my experience they are all pretty much a drag on a department in one way or another.

My dad never hired any expect to work dispatch and they doubled-up in case there were kids that needed to be gotten out of harm's way during an incident.

Having little female officers is just really not a great idea at all.

I don’t object to hiring women officers. I object to the idea of hiring women officers for the sake of hiring women officers. Except for, as mentioned, having women officers for situations such as searching, female suspects, and working with children.

They can also be regular street cops, so long as they meet the standards set for male police officers.

When I went into the army, you couldn’t be an MP unless you were a certain height which I was not. I had no thought of being an MP anyway, but it did not offend me that you needed to be tall to be an MP. A short man, like myself, Would invite disobedience when arresting a suspect. A short female even more so.

Back at the station making sandwiches and entertaining the male officers.

You sound like someone who never saw the last two seasons of Walker, Texas Ranger. Check out ranger Sidney Cook. She wasn't a very tall person, but in my opinion, that right there is what made her even more awesome. To me, she couldn't have been more of a pistol on that show especially at the beginning of the episode named The Bachelor Party. When she is shown taking out this one guy, because of how short she is, she was able to walk up a wall just a little bit at one point and flip herself completely over the guy that she was facing off with. :) :) :)

God bless you and the actress always!!!

That is a fantasy show.
Chuck Norris comes up to about my shoulders.
He's not even close to average size.
The wall thing is how to get out of a chicken wing or bear hug or full nelson.
There's more efficient ways.
Walker: Texas Ranger is over the top with the fantasy. It's a nice story.

^^^ Right here is the clip and the 1:41 mark is where she does her flipping. :) :) :)

God bless you and the remaining members of the cast always!!!

Holly (a girl who forever misses the guys who gave us C.D. and Trivette)

P.S. Chuck Norris, I have read is five feet and ten inches and so he is not even all that tall of a guy but look at what he has been able to do in his life. :) :) :)

No. Chuck Norris is about 5'6-7". He's a mini man.

He's big time, though. :D
That judo roll she did is real, and can be done by almost anyone.
I learned that when I was 9 from some Puerto-Ricans.
We'd flip each other around for fun.

According to my eyeballs, looking at him when I'm 15, he's about 5'6-7".
I was surprised. He was just there. I was going to get some pads or something and he was at the
place probably signing things for people. He was smaller than me then.
I wasn't there for that, I had a list of stuff to get. He looked like he'd had enough of the day's festivities anyhow.
I gave him a nod, he looked like he did not wanna be bothered.

What about the Capital Cop who shot an unarmed female demonstrator at point blank range? It seems they promoted the guy. No statute of limitations on murder so it's likely the new sheriff will deal with it.

I totally agree, however I will add that I personally don't think there should be female police officers on the front line, simply because if there is a criminal and he is a man, a female officer will have a hard time subduing him. She will likely have to call for back-up, which we all know is a male officer. In which case, we really need to ask ourselves why we don't just hire male officers in the first place. I don't mean to sound sexist, I am not even a man, but it is a biological fact that the vast majority of men are physically stronger than women.
