Hopefully not the islamo country that trained these "sharpshooters". The reason the barrels of their firearms are aimed @ about 35/40 degrees off the vertical is because they are shooting @ giants about 200 feet tall(HOPING for a head shot!), plus the embankment blinds them from seeing their targets. This is why each islamo "sharpshooter" is issued 200,000 rounds for a mission as it may take one islamo "sharpshooter" a couple three days of continual around the clock shooting to finally score on a target.
