What's the deal with women raping boys?

2nd case in the past month or so of some woman raping a 13 year old boy, getting no jail for it (the other case only got probation.) and people threw tantrums that Brock Turner got 6 months and 3 served in jail. And worse, they call the rape "had sex" in both cases of these women raping boys.

It may be nothing new, but there's zero outrage here. THere were people calling for the head of the judge that sentenced Brock Turner to 6 months. But nothing here? Probation for a child rapist?
