Under Biden, they rolled out several parts of it. Arresting a guy who had protested at an abortion mill in his home in front of his children.

And this guy in NY. who the stupid trial judge allowed to be convicted over a meme. Sure, his conviction was eventually overturned on appeal in the Second Circuit, but the more Democrat judges you get, and if Democrats ever take the White House again you will ge more, the less the chance of such a stupid conviction getting overturned.
Think of a Court packed with misfits like Ketanji Jackson. This guy would be in prison now under that situation.
