Pierre Poilievre does a good job of explaining why housing is so expensive in Toronto and in other Canadian cities.
I believe that he makes so good points about how this can be turned around.

On this special episode of Hub Dialogues, Pierre Poilievre, leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, joins The Hub in studio for his first in-depth, sit-down interview since April’s federal election. The wide-ranging conversation covers the election campaign and its outcome, Canada's position on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, and why Poilievre believes Canada needs a policy of negative population growth for some time to reflect housing supply, labour demand and the availability of healthcare and other social services. The Hub is Canada’s fastest growing independent digital news outlet.
