I just checked.....I haven't seen these many homes up for sale in a long time in my AO.

Most all are concentrated where NOtVA transplants moved in during their remote work run.....I stopped counting at 60, which is a lot of homes for sale in my small county.

This time last year you were lucky to see a half dozen homes up for sale for months at a time. I was keeping an eye on it then due to getting my mom's house ready to sell.

Huh, I guess they don't like that 60-odd mile one-way commute.
