Cloud computing does indeed store content and data in a physical place and provides services and processes to expose it for consumption. In fact, it's typically distributed to multiple locations to maintain continuity of business processes and services. It sounds like she knows as much about cloud computing as she does firearms, securing a border, controlling her word salads, and lacking confidence with topics she doesn't understand or know how to answer.

True, and a skilled politician can fake knowledge about a subject, making him/herself sound smarter than they are. She is not very good at that.
