I honestly thought Harris was going to win. The amount of support she picked up in a very short period of time without being in the primary and having almost no time at all to get a campaign together is nothing short of remarkable actually.
Final results were actually razor thin if not for the electoral college which is still the most important institution in American politics.

I'm not sure where they weny wrong. The only thing that makes any sense is that Biden had about 10 million ghost votes that they couldn't or didn't dare try to resurrect last time around.

One of the things that I did notice was that Tim Walz had a very annoying stage presence. Almost as if he was an uncommitted closet gay. I'm sorry but it just hung out there like a purple gorilla hanging off a banana tree ( pun intended). I don't know who selected Tim Walz.... My suspicion is that it was Obama. And her failure to state what she did not like about anything Biden did or why she never really attempted to make any of the changes she presented while vice president. Turned some away.
