Put four of these on an acre of land for around $100k, rent them out at $800. - $1000. month. Profit! ;)

Housing problem solved......Venezuelans not welcomed. ;)

I'm thinking a kitchen, shitter/shower, and bunk beds.

Assembly video:

I don't see any caulk being dispensed from that caulk gun in your assembly video (see 17 seconds in). That's right. This man has no caulk.

We are OVERDUE in rolling out homes that look like this.

It is past time to get this started on a more massive scale, this is how you work to bring down homelessness, instead, you have California building expensive high rises that end up costing hundreds of thousands per unit.

It can be done so much smarter.

No
You bring down homelessness from stopping high octane drugs like Fentanyl at the border instead of providing the Cartels a veritable open house to sell their drugs that ruin lives.
You bring down homelessness by addressing mental illness instead of ignoring it.
You bring down homelessness by not giving people any other option to survive other than getting a job. We import workers from Mexico/Central America at the same time providing shelter/food/clothing for free to 100,000s of able bodied people - makes no sense.

Your both correct. It encompasses all of those things, plus more affordable housing options.
