To me, that man should sue the store. Screw whatever the policy is or isn't where the shoplifting act is concerned! Is ripping the store off what the Wal-Mart authority people want to have happen every day in the store by every last person who comes to the place?

What happened to him is why WalMart has the policy in place. Nothing in the store is worth the safety and life of the employee
