One of the BigWigs where the Wife works set up a small (180 acres)cattle ranch and has started selling his beef.
The first batch was a cross between a Wagyu and a Certified Angus.
He now has pure certified Wagyu for sale.
It's at a very competitive price so I have to assume it'll go up if it turns out to be good.
We ordered $650 bucks worth of various cuts so we'll see.
