You don't shoot 10+ rounds all at once .. you shoot 10+ rounds without reloading. This would easily include defensive shooting, routine training drills, and hunting, and turn previously legally owned magazines into contraband overnight. Besides that .. criminals will abide by the new legislation .. right? Today it will be 10-round .. then 7-round .. then 5-round.

It's like saying, Nobody drives 70 miles at once, so speed limits shouldn't matter.
