Has Trump replaced the guy he appointed last time who declared himself a success and quit right after the entire Indiana Congressional delegation joined in calling for an investigation into why mail delivery was so messed up in that state?

The answer BTW is likely in that he started yanking out mail sorting machines to interfere with all the mail in ballots in 2020.

Just the way it is with ground advantge.....I ordered a receiver sight for a Marlin last week and it bounced around three hubs in the MD/DC/NOtVA area for a while and arrived yesterday.

All that you can do is be glad that you get what you are waiting on and that is if you get it. A DVD that I ordered at Christmas time for my mom in 2021 never did get to me. I ordered it from Ebay and the UPS delivery company are the people responsible for my never getting it.

P.S. I eventually got the DVD that I was wanting to get for my mom, but I had to get it from another website and for the record, UPS never did refund me the money that they owe me. They should consider themselves lucky that it was only $9.55 and not more or I would've had more a solid and sturdy ground to take legal action.

no it isnt ... when full the board consists of an equal amount of democrats and republicans...so who a president wants may not matter...and right now there are 4 biden appointees and only 1 trump ......and mail machines were moved around to different facilities quite often in the years i worked there....
